You will receive a personalized, modifiable training plan along with unlimited email communication with Coach Mike for ongoing coaching, support, and injury evaluation/management if necessary. (*NEW*) You will receive a free one-time Running Form analysis where Coach Mike will breakdown your running form and make comments on your bio-mechanics and possible ways to improve your running form. The basis of the plan will be based off of your responses to a Personal History Form that will be emailed to you within 24 hours. 16 WEEKS. Half or Full only.
